19th ANNUAL COOKIN' FOR KIDS
March 28 & 29, 2008
The 19th Annual Cookin’ For Kids Weekend, presented by the Exchange Club of Richmond County was held on Friday and Saturday, March 28 & 29, 2008, at Daniel Field Airport. On Friday, the third annual Oyster Roast and Toast was held.
The Toasters, a very popular local band, donated their services to Child Enrichment to assist with the fundraising event. At Cookin’ For Kids on Saturday, there was fun for the entire family, including live entertainment, delicious food, arts and crafts, games, and inflatable's. Cooking teams, sponsors, judges and volunteers all made the event a great success. Thank you to everyone who assisted. Make plans to join us for the 20th annual event to be held in the Spring of 2009.
